Cancellation policy
WITTLES SUBSCRIPTION PROCESS, RENEWAL, CANCELLATION, SHIPPING, BILLING & REFUNDS
We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
When you subscribe to Wittles through our website, you'll receive your initial shipment containing a refillable pouch and a thirty (30) day supply of our chocolate drink mix. Every thirty (30) days after that, we'll send you a refill shipment to keep your supply fresh and consistent.
Our subscription cycle is every thirty (30) days to help ensure you never run out.
Your subscription will automatically renew and you will be charged every thirty (30) days until you choose to cancel.
Please note: all subscription charges are non-refundable. If you cancel, you will still receive any outstanding shipment that has been paid for, but no refunds will be issued for canceled shipments not yet delivered.
There is no separate subscription fee — you are only charged for the product, plus applicable shipping and handling.
After your initial thirty (30) days, your subscription will automatically renew at our current product pricing for an additional thirty (30) days (each a "Renewal Term").
You agree that your subscription will continue unless you cancel before your Renewal Term begins. You can cancel anytime by emailing us at wittles@wittleskids.com or managing your subscription through your online account (available in select states like California).
By subscribing, you authorize Wittles to charge your payment method on file now and at the start of each Renewal Term.
If you cancel, your subscription will automatically end after the current billing cycle, and no future charges will be applied.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your subscription at our discretion.
Shipping:
Orders are shipped within 3–5 business days using USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Delivery times may vary based on carrier delays and unforeseen circumstances.
REFUNDS
Refunds are very limited.
We do not offer refunds on discounted orders, including introductory promotions (such as "50% off your first month").
Your payment method will be charged every thirty (30) days unless you cancel before your next billing date.
Refunds on non-discounted orders are issued only at our sole discretion.

RETURNS
Because we prioritize freshness and product safety, returns are rarely accepted.
To be considered for a return:

The item must be unopened and in original packaging, with no damage to the security seal.

Return must be requested and postmarked within 10 days of delivery.

PAYMENT METHODS
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal.
You may be charged local taxes where applicable.
If your payment method is declined, we will retry the charge until successful. If necessary, we may contact you for updated payment information.
Payments are processed through a secure third-party service provider.
By submitting payment information, you authorize Wittles and our payment processor to process transactions, including sharing necessary personal and financial data.
You may notice a pending authorization charge when you register your card — this is temporary and should clear automatically.
We are not responsible for any additional fees your bank or credit card issuer may apply.
The risk of loss and title to products passes to you once we hand the package to the shipping carrier
