Refund policy
WITTLES SUBSCRIPTION PROCESS, RENEWAL, CANCELLATION, SHIPPING, BILLING & REFUNDS
We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
When you subscribe to Wittles through our website, you’ll receive an initial shipment with your refillable pouch and a thirty (30) day supply of our chocolate drink mix. Every thirty (30) days after that, we’ll automatically send you a refill to help you maintain your routine without interruption.
Our subscription plan runs on a 30-day cycle to ensure you always have what you need.
Your subscription will continue, and you will be billed every thirty (30) days unless you cancel.
Please note: all subscription charges are non-refundable. If you cancel, we’ll still ship any remaining prepaid orders, but we will not issue refunds for any unshipped future deliveries.
There is no extra subscription fee — you are only billed for the product and applicable shipping and handling charges.
After your initial thirty (30) days, your subscription will automatically renew at the then-current product price for another thirty (30) days (each a "Renewal Term").
You agree to automatic renewal unless you cancel before your next Renewal Term begins.
You can cancel at any time by emailing wittles@wittleskids.com or through your customer account (in select states like California).
By subscribing, you authorize Wittles to charge your payment method at signup and at the start of every Renewal Term.
If you cancel, your subscription will end after the current billing period, and you will not be charged again.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate subscriptions at our discretion.
Shipping:
We aim to ship orders within 3–5 business days via USPS.
Please note that delivery times may vary based on carrier delays or other unforeseen events.
REFUNDS
Refunds are granted only in rare circumstances.
Refunds will not be issued for:

Discounted orders (including any promotional offers, such as "50% off your first month").

Subscription charges already processed.
Your account will be charged automatically every thirty (30) days unless you cancel before your renewal date.
If you would like to request a refund on a non-discounted order, please contact wittles@wittleskids.com.
All refund requests are subject to Wittles' sole discretion.
RETURNS
Because we prioritize product quality and safety, returns are only allowed in limited situations.
To qualify for a return:

Items must be unopened, in their original packaging, with security seals intact.

Items must be postmarked for return within 10 days of the original delivery date.

PAYMENTS
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal.
Sales tax may be applied based on your shipping address.
If your payment method is declined, we will retry the transaction. If unsuccessful, we may contact you to update your billing information.
Wittles uses a secure third-party payment processor for handling all transactions.
By making a purchase, you consent to allow Wittles and its third-party processor to process your personal, billing, and transaction information as necessary to complete your order.
When you initially register a payment method, you may see a temporary pending charge to verify account authenticity.
This is not a real charge and will automatically clear.
Please note that Wittles is not responsible for any fees charged by your bank or card issuer.
Once your package is handed to the shipping carrier, the risk of loss and title transfers to you.
